Hey, I'm Brady, welcome to my channel! I’m a pilot and really enjoy flight simulating on DCS World and Microsoft Flight Simulator. On this channel you'll mostly find flight simulation videos, including WW2 dogfighting, and even some videos from flying in real life. As a life-long gamer I also may throw in some other games as certain titles catch my interest. Have a look around and explore some playlists.

Goodness gracious, great balls of fire! | DCS World PVP Highlights | P51-D Mustang
Enjoy more highlights from a recent sortie with 332FG Birdman including a FW 190 takedown, BF 109 takedown, flying through an explosion, and a beautiful coastal landing at Longues. Per usual, I'm flying as 332FG "Wingnut" on the Normandy 2 map and Project Overlord 4YA server via DCS World. We are both flying P51-D Mustangs, and loving every second of it. Good times. Thanks for watching!

Double Trouble: P-51s take down a Bf 109 | DCS World PVP
Просмотров 45914 дней назад
Enjoy another WW2 cinematic dogfight from DCS World. This time, my wingman Surf and I ran into a Bf 109 close to base and it became a 2v1 situation that did not end well for the 109. Two versus one does not always mean a victory. The Bf 109 should never be underestimated. But here, the unfair advantage combined with great communication and the one-two punch method led to a fireball victory for ...
There's Two 109's on my Six! | DCS World | Cinematic Dog Fight
Просмотров 45821 день назад
I headed out on another patrol with the P-51D on the Project Overlord server via DCS World and there wasn't a ton of action until here at the very end of the sortie. Since we are all only in the first-person view on this server (for ultimate realism), I went back into the replay and got some different camera angles of it and put together this cinematic edit from the last 10 minutes. Don't make ...
Rescue Mission in the South Pacific | Microsoft Flight Simulator | Beech 18

Join me on a quick rescue mission in the exotic Solomon Islands with a Beech 18. Is it obvious I'm living in my fantasies yet? What an adventure! With the help of the free add-on NeoFly you can create more objective based scenarios in MSFS, which I have really been enjoying lately. It makes me feel like there is more of a purpose, even if you're still sightseeing or flying passengers. It puts t...

I'm new to DCS World and I get shot down a lot so it was exciting to finally do it to someone else lol in the Project Overlord server. It has been such a blast diving into DCS World and I'm learning so much about how the P-51 flies and how to better survive these WW2 flying situations every time I go into the sim. I'm mostly flying Allies right now because I don't have an Axis airplane yet sinc...
Quick Bombing Run in the P-51D | Normandy PvP | DCS World
Просмотров 262Месяц назад
Enjoy a quick bombing mission in my new favorite sim, DCS World. The 4YA Project Overlord server has all of my WW2 flying dreams coming true. I am blown away how real and immersive the flight model of this simulator is and I am lucky to have found a group of DCS pilots who have been showing me the ropes. Expect more of these real-time, historically accurate missions to come. It's taken me 50 ho...

Such a nice landing. Cheers!
Hey thanks for stopping by and flyin' with us.
Yo what an awesome sortie! Definitely one to remember.
Hey, I was just about to send this to you, but I see you already found it! LFG. 🚀
I wanna be pilot

Nice vid in your first comment but this is a good vid bro😉🔥
Thank you! Congratulations for the very nice documentary! Impressive.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I just Returned from my Trip in Alaska. I went May 3- 10. I went to one of the places you mentioned Hope, Alaska. I found it Beautiful and Peaceful. Thank you for your videos
Oh wow that’s so awesome! Glad to hear it. I will go back to Alaska one day. What a place.
well done ! it improves my curiosity to visit Anchorage and Seward next august 2024
Worth every penny!
Thanks after watching this I took my dads Cessna up, no problem.

If I could instruct in a tailwheel full-time or fly the bush? Maybe.
This is my fav video in all internet ❤ I watched it so many times and I never skip even for a sec ❤
Hey! That’s so awesome to hear!
God that walkaround was messy
Amazing thank you
My first solo was a shock to me. After a couple touch and go's, my instructor told me to pull up to the office and let him out. So I thought he was cutting our time short. I'd already had 6 hrs. instructed at another FBO but lack of funds cause a delay in solo. I found this old grass strip field about 14 miles from my original airfield. I really likes my instructor, 63 yrs. old at the time, myself 21. After 4 hrs. of instruction at the grass field, he turned me loose, myself regretting it . The Cessna 150 was and older ship, 1965 to be exact. At takeoff, all I could remember how fast the plane got up and the lightness of controls without a second passenger aboard. A mortician couldn't have gotten the smile from my face. If you're not a pilot now, just take lessons 10-15 hrs., and solo. I promise you, It will be a life changing moment for you.
St Augustine is a great place now ever since all the mean dope and meth gang people are not bullying everyone they have left st Augustine thank god...i can finally sit on s bench without being asked for money or without some one trying to sell me meth or dope...they might try to poison your food any way... hopefully this word gets to enough people im thinking i should try to kill my self again because im still being stalked by the Michael Jordan jimmy Johnson billionaire Russian dope gang mafia that murdered me and my family im 1995 and continue to bully us and continue to try to kill us... please help
Great stuff mate!
I appreciate it! Hey everyone, it’s my flight instructor ⬆️ Go follow his channel!!
Yoke safety pin should be secured gentelman not to be thrown back like that
Not a pilot, but curious if anyone flies with night vision devices like a PVS14?
Was the 109 trying to get some fresh air? Wonder why the cockpit was open.
Haha! Yeah, or they just enjoy the sounds a little too much
@@SurfVR I am assuming its some sort of Desync in MP or something else weird, I have asked the team to take a look into it. I tried and the canopy was ripped right off right away :)
@@NineLineED I didnt think of that. Thx for taking it straight to team. Btw, come back and check this channel out. I know Brady has set his eyes on making more vids of our sqd 332FG while pretending to be living and flying in 1944.
@@SurfVR I have subscribed for sure. Thanks!
Hey NineLine good to see you here. Excited to share more videos with you! I was wondering the exact same thing with the canopy. Thanks for everything you guys do at ED. 🙏🏽🫡
Stunning wildlife capture dear Brady. I live in Zambian bush still your first film mesmerised me! Looking forward to contribute to your further artistic productions. Subi
That is very kind. Thank you! I hope to make it to Africa again soon.
Great film. We will be visiting Anchorage, Seward & Denali in less than two months. This was so informative and helpful. Thanks!
I have a fuselage jig for a stagger wing for sale. Do you know of anyone who would be interested in it.
Very cool. Unfortunately I do not. Barnstormers is your best bet.
what happens when you need to back up a little.. if you park wrong...?
You turn it off and just push it with your hands.
love that intermittent bell, its like chimes...and the waves are just right. The seagulls aren't buzzing around too much as well.
I've an older pc so can't wait till I can get into dcs world😅
I’ll be here when you arrive.
@@BradySkye gulp! That sounds like a.....challenge! Un garde!! lol
@@ellonysman Haha no, I meant I’ll be here to fly with ya!
I'm picking up a barnyard find Bellanca Viking tonight that's in somewhat similar condition. What was the overall cost to get yours flying again? Kind of curious to see what mind would run to get her running again
Oh man. Awesome. The cost varies so much depending on where you keep it, how many parts you have that come with it, what kind of condition your engine is in etc. it’s tough to say a cost until this one is done. 15-25K?
Im just deciding about learning to fly and your channel have been a great blessing to me. From all the other i saw yours just makes me wanna do it more. Thanks and you both are great!
Hey thanks for dropping those kind and encouraging words! Great to connect with you. I highly recommend the book Stick & Rudder for a really fascinating explanation of the airplane and how it flies. It will help jump-start your understanding tremendously.
@@BradySkye will check it out!
@@BradySkye hey, so im reading the book and its great. I was wondering, if i can ask, do you know any flight simulator where i could train all of these things before i would get to flight school? I dont think that my notebook would run microsoft flight simulator but any less demanding on graphic. Even just with one small plane. Thanks and have a blessed day
I soloed in a 152 over 25 years ago, what a forgiving airplane. I was the typical over controller, the best advice I ever received from my instructor was to just let the airplane fly because the airplane knows how to fly better than I do.
Same plane I fly in bruh 5165B 152 st Augustine airport
Nice! Yeah that 152 has been there forever.
Nice video
Thanks! There was a lot more to say here about flaps. I was trying to keep it short. Fun video to dive into though.
@@BradySkye I'm looking forward to seeing more!
This is great, and I will watch just to learn but I’m having a problem setting up the same flight in world map. Maybe I’m an idiot but I don’t have the gate parking #28. And mine is a different format. Ex Parking 23-Ramp GA Small. Also, under approach for Sedona, only options are Automatic and RNAV 03. Do I have a different version? I have MSFS 2020 on steam
For general aviation RNAV is pretty much the same as GPS approach so whichever it says is fine. It would work the same.
Wow thank you, I have taken flight lessons before, but never soloed. I’m motivated now and I’m going to get started again 👌
Go get after it! You can definitely do it.
Neofly in the background
Haha yep! You know it. 💯
1- On the upper right hand of this 'fixed menu' there it says to 'set your cruise altitude'. 2- @07:17, In this case, one must lose 258.55 fpm from 8000 to 6600 ft. at LYRIT. 3- Why do you have full power after you have exceeded the initial phase?
I received my private pilot license IN 1992 In a C-152. Great video and great memories.
taxi speed is 15 kt. No take-off flaps? Maybe that is why it took a while to take-off?
Josh did you connect with Brady? When is your flight exam? Brady what does BFR stand for? AND YOU PROMISED TO TAKE ME UP!!😭😭😭
Biannual Flight Review - newly named just Flight Review. Required by every pilot every 2 years to go up with an instructor and just fly together and review things. It is not a test you have to pass, simply a review.
We're going to Belize in May. Very useful tips, thank you. Question regarding drone. How strict are they at the airport? Do you have to show permit to use it? Or nobody cares
Thanks for the video, I was a private pilot back in the seventies & eighties flying 152’s. What great memories . Modesto CA was my home airport. Long cross country was Modesto-Santa Rosa-Red Bluff & home to Modesto. 1978.
This is so cool!!! I’m hooked
Haha I’m glad you’re enjoying it!
Learned to fly in 1965 in a Piper PA-28 Cherokee 140. I was 40 Whisky. Had to work as a line boy on Saturdays and earned 1 hour of instruction on Sunday. Even 5 hrs. under the hood and could actually use the Jeppsen Flight Computer...same year my Dad taught me how to use a slide rule & began my interest in meteorology. Now I'm just a dinosaur, stuck on the ground & dealing with cancer.
